Ingredients List

• 1 3/4 gluten free flour
• Piece of avocado
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3/4 maple syrup or 1 cup of sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 2 eggs
• 4 oz butter

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 – 40 mins. See video for directions.
