  • 4 shredded mangoes
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp amchar massala
  • 1/4 water to cook curry
  • Add water to cook mango

  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
