Ingredients List

• 1 cup mashed bananas
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2 cups gluten free flour
• 3/4 cup sugar or 1 cup if you desire
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp vanilla essence
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 4 oz butter
