Ingredients List

  • 2 cups gluten free flour (https://amzn.to/2x1tszN)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • Enough water for it to come together (add water slowly)

  • 1/2 cup sorghum flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 3/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup rice milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • some cranberries
