Ingredients List
- Chicken thighs
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herbs seasoning blend
- 3-4 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 onion
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- Parsley
- Butter or ghee
- Olive oil
- I used a Korean style sauce (https://youtu.be/WlBhESUi58U)
- You can use Chicken broth if you wish
- Roast 30 -40 mins at 400 F.
