  • 3 green bananas
  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • Shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp all spice
  • 1/4 sea salt
  • Grated turmeric or 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • Sweetened to your taste
