Ingredients List

• 4 oz butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups flour (I used gluten free flour)
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 tsp lime powder or lime peel
• 1/2 cup milk
• LIME GLAZE
• 4 tbsp lime juice
• 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
• Add more confectioners sugar to thicken glaze
