Ingredients List

• 1 cup jasmine rice
• 1 boiled potato
• Red onions
• Tomatoes
• Jalapeño pepper
• Red bell pepper
• Chadon beni or Cilantro
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp ginger powder or fresh ginger
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp sugar
