  • 1 onion
  • Thyme
  • Sweet basil (optional)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Dash of white pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream (you can use more of less according to how much chicken you have)
  • 1 cup chicken broth (you can use more of less according to how much chicken you have)
  • Flour to coat chicken
  • 1 tsp corn starch with chicken broth to make slurry
  • butter
  • Olive oil
