Ingredients List

• 2 eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 oz butter
• 1/2 cup lukewarm water
• 1/4 cup honey
• 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 packet instant yeast
• 1 tsp salt

• EGG WASH
• egg white & 1 tbsp water

Bake at 350 F. 20-30 mins.
