- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins. See video for directions.
