- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp clarified butter or 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 cup milk or water
Bake in oven at 400 degrees F. for 10 mins. then take it out flip over and bake for a further 15 mins.
