- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Butter and coconut oil (optional)
- 3 medium pototoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp roasted geera
- 2 big leaf thyme leaves
- 1 bird pepper
- Salt to taste
