Ingredients List
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 cardamoms
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 cloves
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 3 cups of water
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 bayleaf
