Ingredients List
   Eggless Chocolate cake 
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 75 ml milk
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Eggless Tiramisu

  • Eggless chocolate cake
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup of homemade mascarpone cheese (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KlSu_13bjdU)
  • Coffee
  • 7 tbsp Powdered sugar or confectioners sugar
  • Cocoa powder for dusting and hard chocolate for garnish

Ingredients List

  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tannia’s
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup or so of coconut milk (add milk as needed)
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup sugar (add sugar to your preference)
  • Chopped Almonds (optional not traditional for this dish)

Bake at 400 degrees F. 1 hour
