Ingredients List

• Beef
• Broccoli
• 4 cloves of garlic
• Piece of ginger
• Sesame seeds
• Chive

Marinate for Beef

• 1 tsp Green seasoning blend (not traditional in this dish) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AhTw0Gzp7CQ)
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp rice wine
• 1 tsp oyster sauce
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• White pepper

Sauce

• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp rice cooking wine
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 3 tbsp chicken broth
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp corn starch
• 1/4 green seasoning blend (optional and not traditional to this dish)
