Ingredient List

Crust

2 1/2 cups of spelt flour
8 oz cold butter
1/2 tsp salt
7 tbsp ice water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Filling

8 apples

1 lime or 1/2 lemon

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 nutmeg

Pinch of salt

3 tbsp corn starch

1/4 cup of honey

Bake at 375 degrees F. for an 1 hour.  See video for directions.
