Ingredients List

  • Chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herbs seasoning blend
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • Parsley
  • Butter or ghee
  • Olive oil
  • I used a Korean style sauce (https://youtu.be/WlBhESUi58U)
  • You can use Chicken broth if you wish
  • Roast 30 -40 mins at 400 F.
